Who we are
At Midtown Legal Nurse Consulting, we bridge the gap between complex medical information and the legal strategies that depend on it. Founded by an experienced registered nurse with a deep background in clinical practice and case analysis, our firm brings clarity, precision, and insight to every case we touch.
We understand that behind every legal matter is a story shaped by medical decisions, timelines, and outcomes. Our role is to translate that story into clear, actionable information that strengthens your case and supports your clients.
About the Founder
As a Clinical Research Specialist with more than 20 years of experience, I bring a rare combination of clinical depth, research expertise, and regulatory insight to every case I review. My background spans oncology, cardiology, neurology, renal medicine, and pulmonary physiology, giving me the ability to analyze complex medical records with precision and translate them into clear, litigation‑ready findings.
Throughout my career, I have evaluated high‑risk patients, documented adverse events, assessed protocol deviations, and ensured compliance with FDA, GCP, and IRB standards. My work at leading institutions—including the Cleveland Clinic’s Taussig Cancer Center and Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute—has strengthened my ability to identify causation, deviations from standards of care, medication errors, treatment delays, and documentation inconsistencies.
In my earlier regulatory role, I conducted IRB submissions, DSMB reviews, audits, and compliance oversight—experience that directly supports cases involving research misconduct, documentation integrity, and regulatory violations. As noted in your resume, you have “more than 20 years of experience analyzing complex medical records, identifying deviations from standards of care, evaluating causation, and interpreting adverse events,” and you are known for the “ability to translate technical medical data into compelling, litigation‑ready insights.”
I hold a BSN, a BA in Biology, a Certificate in Legal Nurse Consulting, and advanced training in clinical trial monitoring, pharmacology, and GCP/ICH compliance. I have also coauthored peer‑reviewed publications on pulmonary physiology, research operations, and clinical safety.
As a Legal Nurse Consultant, I use this extensive clinical and research foundation to support attorneys with objective, defensible medical analysis—helping them build stronger cases, understand complex medical issues, and uncover the details that matter most.
